以制造业工人为研究对象,基于认知-情感个性系统理论,构建主观社会地位影响工匠精神的双路径模型,检验心理所有权与和谐式工作激情在主观社会地位与工匠精神之间的中介作用,以及关怀型伦理氛围的调节作用。通过对收集的538份有效数据进行统计分析,研究结果表明:(1)主观社会地位对制造业工人工匠精神有显著正向影响;(2)心理所有权与和谐式工作激情在主观社会地位对工匠精神的影响关系中起部分中介作用;(3)关怀型伦理氛围在心理所有权、和谐式工作激情与工匠精神的关系中发挥正向调节作用。研究结果揭示了主观社会地位对制造业工人工匠精神的双路径影响机制,丰富了工匠精神的前因变量研究,并为培育制造业工人工匠精神提供指导。  相似文献

Australia's carbon tax has been in place since July 2012. Following the 2013 federal election and change of government, it is likely that the tax will be abolished. This paper evaluates Australia's carbon tax experience and draws lessons for policymakers in other jurisdictions who may be considering following the Australian example and implementing their own carbon taxes or cap and trade schemes. Overall, the policy was poorly thought through, badly implemented, and lacked majority public support before it began. Australia's carbon tax experience is an interesting case study in how not to go about implementing climate change policy.  相似文献

[目的]探究塔城地区气候的时空变化趋势及其与气象因子的关系.[方法]文章利用塔城地区7个气象站点1961~2013年的逐日气象资料,探究了气温、降水、日照时数、积温和潜在蒸散量的时空变化特征.[结果]1961~2013年塔城地区年平均气温、降水量和积温呈增加趋势,日照时数和潜在蒸散量呈减少趋势.1961~2013年塔城地区平均气温、降水量、日照时数、年潜在蒸散量、积温分别在1997、1967、1996、1989、1985年发生增加突变.平均气温、降水量、日照时数、积温存在明显的多尺度周期特征,即30年的大周期和15年的小周期变化.塔城地区平均气温的空间分布差异明显;大致呈现西高东低的空间分布特征;降雨量空间分布大致呈现西多东少的经线分布特征;日照时数大致呈现南短北长的维度地带性特征;潜在蒸散量存在自南向北逐渐减少的空间分布特征;积温的空间分布呈明显的自南向北逐渐减少的维度地带性特征.[结论]在全球气候变化下,较全面了解到新疆塔城地区气候变化趋势特征,对建立塔城地区气象预测与农业生产之间的预警,促进农业健康发展有很大的理论依据.  相似文献

The present research investigates the effects of “High Performance Work Systems (HPWS)” on employees’ “work engagement” and “service-oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)”, through the development of a social and justice climate. In doing so, “Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM)” was applied based on a convenient sample of 448 customer-contact hotel employees across ten Greek hotel organizations. In summary, the study reveals first the valuable contribution of HPWS towards the development of a justice and service climate, which in turn influence positively employees’ work engagement. As a consequence, employees respond by exhibiting extra role behaviors and by engaging in service-oriented OCB. Overall, the findings clarify the mechanism behind the HPWS process, known as the “black-box”, a valuable knowledge for professionals practicing Human Resource Management (HRM).  相似文献

We consider a climate coalition that seeks to reduce global emissions in the presence of carbon leakage and resource exhaustibility. We show that a credible announcement of future unilateral supply‐side policies delays foreign emissions, and we derive the optimal combination of consumer taxes and producer taxes when we consider leakages from free riders, both within periods and across periods. The tax shares generally differ over time. A decline in the present value of the social cost of carbon over time supports a time path where the consumers’ tax share of the total carbon tax also declines over time. As global temperatures increase, does accelerating climate change represent an existential crisis or a manageable challenge for the ski industry? Despite considerable evidence demonstrating the global ski industry is in the early stages of a climate-induced transition, global research on ski industry stakeholder perspectives shows varied levels of climate risk awareness, a focus on future vulnerability, and limited engagement in adaptation. Within North America, research has focussed on the physical climatic impacts to ski operations and possible skier responses, yet there lacks insight into industry perceptions on current and future climate vulnerability. This study fills this important knowledge gap using a Delphi survey to engage 52 leaders from across the continent in a dialogue on strategic climate responsiveness. Results demonstrate North American ski industry leaders’ climate risk perceptions range widely, and opinions diverge over if or how to respond at both an industry and destination scale. Simultaneously, industry experts believe mountain tourists increasingly value nature-based activities, place-bound products, and corporate responsibility. Analysing industry leaders’ responses through Enlightened Stakeholder theory highlights how aligning supply-side environmental management with demand-side tourist experiences may create opportunities for new partnerships, innovations, policies, and strategies needed to achieve climate-resilient and sustainable futures.  相似文献

[目的]研究全球气候变化背景下气候生产潜力的时空分布特征,对于合理利用农业气候资源,促进农业生产力的提高具有重要意义。[方法]选择1901—2000年哈萨克斯坦24个代表气象站点的月平均气温和降水资料,采用Thortwaite Memorial、Miami模型估算气候生产潜力,并运用气候倾向率、M-K检验以及ArcGIS空间插值等方法对气候生产潜力时空分布特征进行分析。[结果](1)1901—2000年哈萨克斯坦气候生产潜力总体表现为增长趋势,不同时段气候生产潜力差异明显,相对于其他研究时段(T1,T3),T2(1936—1970年)时段气候生产潜力及增长速率最大,并且水热匹配状况最好;(2)哈萨克斯坦气候生产潜力空间分布地域性明显。YP(降水生产潜力)和Y E(蒸散生产潜力)总体表现为自东南向西北递减的趋势,YT(气温生产潜力)表现为自西南向东北递减的趋势,气候生产潜力高值区主要位于天山北麓及东部山区的河谷地带,低值区位于西部和南部荒漠区;(3)气候生产潜力对降水更为敏感,当气温保持不变,降水量增加(减少)10%、20%,YE将增加(减少)9.6%、19.94%。[结论]哈萨克斯坦东部气候生产潜力大于西部,天山北麓及河谷地区气候生产潜力大于平原地区,哈萨克斯坦气候生产潜力主要受降水量的制约,未来“暖干型”变化将会使研究区气候生产潜力下降。为提高农业生产潜力,必须加强对农业基础设施的建设和提高水资源的调配能力。  相似文献

We model endogenous catastrophic risk in a new way. We call it “inertia risk”, which accounts for delays between physical variables and the hazard rate – a characteristic often observed in reality. The added realism significantly affects optimal policies relative to the standard model of catastrophic risk. The probability of a catastrophe occurring at some point in time can span the entire interval [0,1], and is not 0 or 1 as is typical in standard models. Inertia risk can also generate path dependences. We illustrate the implications for policy in a simple model of climate change.  相似文献

Although attention to the business risks posed by natural disasters fueled by climate change has grown, the toll that disasters have on human resources in the form of traumatic stress is comparatively neglected. It is common for more than 20% of people exposed to natural disasters to develop traumatic stress disorders that can last for years. In the workplace, traumatic stress hurts attendance, the quantity and quality of output, and relationships. Fortunately, businesses can promote employee resilience and recovery. Given the Asia-Pacific region’s high risk of natural disasters, businesses operating there should include employees’ traumatic stress in their disaster preparedness.  相似文献

Providing nutritious and environmentally sustainable food to all people at all times is one of the greatest challenges currently facing society. This problem is particularly acute in Africa where an estimated one in four people still lack adequate food to sustain an active and healthy life. In this study, we consider the potential impact of future population growth and climate change on food security in Africa, looking ahead to 2050. A modelling framework termed FEEDME (Food Estimation and Export for Diet and Malnutrition Evaluation) was used which was characterized to model the impacts of future climate changes (utilizing the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Special Report on Emissions Scenarios projections) and projected population growth on food availability and subsequent undernourishment prevalence in 44 African countries. Our results indicate that projected rapid population growth will be the leading cause of food insecurity and widespread undernourishment across Africa. Very little to no difference in undernourishment projections were found when we examined future scenarios with and without the effects of climate change, suggesting population growth is the dominant driver of change. Various adaptation options are discussed, such as closing the yield gap via sustainable intensification and increasing imports through trade and aid agreements. These strategies are likely to be critical in preventing catastrophic future food insecurity.  相似文献
